On Tuesday,11 March, 2025, the students of Grades 3–5 from DPS Jaipur embarked on an educational visit to the Biodiversity Forest at Govindpura, Jaipur. The trip was organized to provide students with a hands-on learning experience about flora, fauna, and ecological conservation.
The visit was interactive, with students participating in a nature walk, where they identified trees and their medicinal properties. They also engaged in an eco-talk session, where the forest officer and teachers explained conservation efforts and the role of biodiversity in sustaining life. The enthusiasm of the students was evident as they eagerly asked questions and shared their learnings.
The trip concluded with a pledge to protect nature, reinforcing the importance of small yet impactful actions in daily life. This immersive experience not only enriched their scientific knowledge but also instilled a deep appreciation for nature.
The visit to the Biodiversity Forest at Govindpura was a memorable and enriching experience for the students.
