The students of classes Pre-Nursery-II at Delhi Public School, Jaipur enthusiastically participated in an array of activities to invoke respect and spread awareness towards environmental issues and promote solutions for a sustainable future during the Earth Week , from April 15- April 22, 2024.
Our little ‘Planet Protectors’ took an astounding initiative of 'Bulletin Board Decoration' and 'Sensory bin activity' on various themes of environment and waste management which have posed a threat to our planet. Thay also stressed on the importance of reducing, reusing and recycling waste.
To nurture children's creative and artistic bent of mind, activities like art, creative writing and role play were organized during the Earth Week, wherein children pledged to conserve natural resources by playing the role of young planet protectors.
The Earth Week was successful in achieving its objective by empowering children with ways to create imperishable Mother Earth and paving a way for them to do their bit for our blue-green planet.
