GPaths stands out from traditional career assessment methods by recognizing the dynamic nature of a teenager's personality. Unlike static psychometric tests, GPaths employs an innovative methodology that integrates interests, aptitudes, strengths, and skills, providing a holistic and precise pathway for career exploration. It is developed by High School Moms (HSM), Asia's largest parent, student, and educator community, in collaboration with GIDE.AI. The platform is certified by the International Alliance of Counselors and Educators (INACE), ensuring its global recognition and credibility.
During the session, Mr. Gupta elaborated on the key features and benefits of GPaths, emphasizing its role in empowering students to make informed career decisions. Through interactive demonstrations and real-life examples, attendees gained insights into how GPaths aligns individual strengths and interests with diverse career opportunities.
The Principal, Dr. Richa Prakash Ghosh, emphasized the importance of regularity and punctuality as essential steps towards the path of success and the imperative need for students to have the right guidance and resources at their disposal. She encouraged the students to take advantage of innovative platforms to explore their potential and chart a course towards a fulfilling career.
