The students of class IV presented a combined assembly on ‘World Scout Day’ highlighting the value of ‘Discipline’.
The children brought to fore the concept of self-discipline emphasizing the need to be prepared mentally and emotionally for challenges that one has to overcome to be successful in life.
They presented a motivational group poem, an inspiring speech, entertaining and educational nukkad natak and a vibrant dance performance, all centred around the theme of World Scout Day, celebrated every year on February 22, in the memory of the scouting movement, Lord Robert Baden Powell.
The efforts of the participants were much appreciated by one and all and they were encouraged to embrace self discipline as a cornerstone for success in various aspects of life.
