DPS Jaipur's grade VI Explores Albert Hall Museum-
“Stepping into history, walking into wisdom."
The sixth-grade students from Delhi Public School Jaipur had a great day on January 27, 2024, when they visited Albert Hall Museum in Jaipur.
Guided by a local expert, the students immersed themselves in the wealth of historical and cultural insights, eagerly jotting down notes as the guide unravelled the tales behind each artefact
They saw paintings, jewellery, carpets, and even an Egyptian mummy. The museum's building also had pictures from ancient times.
A traditional Rajasthani puppet show unfolded, infusing the educational expedition with laughter and cultural richness.
Later, during a break, the students talked about what they learned. Everyone loved seeing the mummy, and some kids wrote down facts.
The Albert Hall Museum, with its myriad stories and cultural wonders, had become a living testament to the power of experiential education. This trip made learning fun, and now the students want to know more about history. Albert Hall Museum turned out to be an awesome place for learning and having a good time.
