A PTA meeting of the Parent Reps of III -V was convened on Saturday, March 2, 2024, for the School Building Safety Audit.
The Parent Reps- Mr Tiwari and Mrs and Mr Bajpai were briefed about the audit and its purpose followed by the tour of the school building and various facilities including the CCTV control room, sports infrastructure, classrooms, labs, and infirmary.
They were informed about the hi-tech surveillance system, RFID tracking, Identification badges and protocols for academic, admin and ancillary staff.
They submitted the Audit Report and expressed their gratitude to the school management for this opportunity to share their ideas on aspects related to students' safety in school.
The Principal, Dr Richa Prakash Ghosh thanked the Parent Reps for taking out time to be a part of the school's endeavour, in its initiatives aimed at benefitting the children.
