The students of Delhi Public School, Jaipur attended a workshop as well as participated in a logo designing competition at JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur.
The workshop about animation was hosted by Gaurav Juyal, best known for his show - Art Attack. He is currently pursuing his career as an interactive learning designer and introduced the students to animation: stop motion animation in particular. He taught the students about the various integral elements of animation, the importance of observation as well as coordinating motion and sound seamlessly in a particular time frame. As a part of the workshop, the students worked on creating their own Stop Motion animations. This made them familiar with animation and it's intricacies.
Following the workshop the students participated in a Logo designing competition. They had to express their creative thinking abilities by creating a name, logo and tagine for a baby health monitor. The students expressed their different thinking skills and rendered the sheets in different mediums. It was a fun filled, interesting and engaging activity for the students.
Tanmay Bardia class XI and Pehr Jain class VII brought laurels to school by securing II position in logo design competition and poster design competition at J.K Lakshmipat University respectively.
