'Stationery And Toy Drive' carried out by the Junior School students of DPS, Jaipur

The joy of giving is the greatest gift of life, as it is in giving that we receive.
In giving we receive happiness that cannot be quantified. It is a surreal feeling that makes the world around us beautiful and magical.
At Delhi Public School, Jaipur, the values of empathy and selfless service are ingrained in the students from the very foundation. As students, the children learn to give respect to all, time and ears to one who is feeling low, happiness and appreciation to everyone, smiles as it doesn't cost anything and material things to those who are not so privileged.
The Shiksha Kendra is one such initiative of the patrons of DPS, Jaipur which is a testimonial of the school 's philosophy of 'Service before Self.'
Taking inspiration from this philosophy of selfless love and care, the students of the Junior School took the initiative of collecting stationery and toys for their friends of Shiksha Kendra.
This unique drive was organised by the Student Council of Grade V. They galvanized the support of all the students of classes Pre-Nursery to V with the help of the educators to collect toys, notebooks, story books and stationery items as gifts for Shiksha Kendra.
This beautiful initiative culminated on 27 January, 2023 when the student representatives, along with the Principal Dr Richa Prakash handed over the gifts to the In- charge of Shiksha Kendra, Ms Bela Jain.
The beauty of the 'Stationery and Toy Drive' was the feeling of positivity that has the power to change the world around us.
