Keeping up with the tradition of parents and school's engagement, an 'Open-House Session' was organised for the Pre-Primary Wing on Saturday, 9th October 2021.
The students were glad to be physically present at the school and were overjoyed to meet their loving teachers. The students and their parents were greeted by the DPS choir as they entered the school building and soon everyone had their feet tapping on the pulsating music.
There were special Garbha performances by the Student Council too.
The art rooms were a big hit as the children waited patiently for their turn to sit with the teachers to make their Art takeaways- the 'Headgear' and the 'Timeless Tortoise'. The Tattoo corner had a long queue of tiny tots to capture the tattoo moment. The children proudly showed their tattooed hands to their friends.
The 'Cookie Topping' room had the little Cool Chefs adorn their favourite cookies and canapes with the topping of vegetables and fruits of their choice. The 'Cheese -Corn' topping turned out to be the kids' favorite.
The activity area was abuzz with the kids playing with their toys and having fun with their buddies, giving some time off to the parents for a cup of tea.
The School Principal, Ms Rita P Taneja greeted the parents and children. She apprised the parents of all the measures taken for the safe and smooth physical reopening of the Junior School.
The Open-House gave all the stakeholders a perfect opportunity to meet at a time when things are returning to normal with the school ready to welcome the students once
