Poem is meant for enjoyment and learning. Keeping this thought in mind DPS Jaipur organized Online Hindi Poem Recitation Competition ‘Kavya Spandan’ from August 25 to August 27 for classes Nursery -II. For classes Nursery and Prep it was an online class activity, whereas for classes I and II, it was an Intraclass Competition.

The themes for the poems were ‘National Symbols’, ‘Festivals of India’, ‘Famous Leaders of India’, ‘Our Culture and Legacy’ for classes Nursery, Prep, I and II respectively.

All the students of classes I and II got an opportunity to exhibit their talent and confidence in the screening round. Then a final round was organized for the students selected in the screening round where the winners were chosen from each class. One could see and feel the enthusiasm, confidence that the children had in their presentation, the props they used and the readiness being online. 

Each winner and participant was awarded with an Appreciation Certificate.
