Role Play Competition Grade III
The students of Grade III of DPS Jaipur participated in a Virtual Role-Play Competition on Friday, September 25, 2020 on the topic ‘Corona Warriors’.
The students were dressed up as doctors, nurses, police personnel and sanitation workers. All of these are the real heroes of the society who have stood up for humanity in the unusual times of the pandemic. The sensitive portrayal of these ‘Corona Warriors’ by the students left the audiences spellbound.
The participants’ acting skills, crisp content and the visual appeal of the props and presentations were eye-catching. The students enacted out the roles with great confidence and poise.
The objective of this activity was to make the students understand about the real heroes of our society and the ideals and values that they stand for. The little ones were able to absorb this learning very well and were also able to convey this message across to everyone.
The eminent judges of the competition Ms. Sweta Choudhary and Ms. Veenu Bhati lauded the students for their superlative performances.
Vice-Principal Mr. Ravi Dutt appreciated the efforts of the students and their mentors for a well-conducted programme.
He also thanked the parents for their contribution in preparing the children wonderfully well for their roles. He expressed that such activities provide a great platform to the students to explore their talents and help in their personality grooming.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks.
