LEXICAL MISH MASH AT Delhi Public School, JAIPUR
(THE ENGLISH QUIZ COMPETITION)

On Thursday, 2nd March 2023,Junior Wing of DPS, Jaipur organised a Quiz Competition called Lexical Mish Mash for the students. The event was organised by the Department of English and the main objective of this event was to make the students aware of the different grammatical terms, parts of speech, tenses , idioms ,famous children's authors, and their books.
There were three rounds of the quiz-
Brain Teaser round ,Bag of knowledge and a Rapid-Fire round.
The audio-visual round, attractive pictures and PPT presentations left a spectacular impact on the participants and kept the students glued for one and a half hour.
Winners of the quiz competition were the participants of TEAM TREMENDOUS of grade V – C .
At the end of the quiz , the Principal Dr. Richa Prakash congratulated the organisers for the stupendous performance by all participants and motivated the participants to maximise their potential the next time again.
She said that Quiz Competitions are not only fun but also informative and bring in excitement to the students.
Bookmarks, made by all the students of grade V were given to everyone as the token of fond memories of the Lexical Mish Mash .
