The students of the primary classes of DPS Jaipur participated in a plethora of activities for a meaningful Raksha Bandhan celebration. Showcasing creativity, the students designed their own Rakhis using origami sheets, ribbons and decorative material.

The students also learnt that this festival is not only a celebration to honour the bond between siblings but also between humans and nature. Thus, two representatives from each class tied the bond of love to the trees in the school premises. This was a vital learning experience for the young minds. Storytelling session by the class teacher on the significance of celebrating Raksha Bandhan and Rakhi Pledge added value to the festival celebration in school.
