Christmas isn’t a season, it’s a feeling! Festivities galore at this time of the year! The year 2020 is nearing its end and everyone is looking forward to welcoming 2021 with new aspirations and new hopes.

The students of Grades III-V of DPS, Jaipur celebrated Christmas on Dec 23, 2020 through a virtual programme which was a melange of beautiful performances by the children.

The traditional Christmas narrative, the ‘Nativity of Jesus’, was shown through a skit which had the students dressed up as Mother Mary, Joseph, the King, the three wise men and the angels. Their mesmerizing performances were a treat to the eyes.

The soulful rendition of carols by the students, the poem recital and the amazing dance performance by the little kids and had everyone glued to their screens.

Principal Ms Rita P. Taneja expressed that benevolence and gratefulness are the key values of this festival and she asked the students to spread the cheer of the festive season by spreading the joy of sharing with their friends, families and with everyone around them.

The program concluded on a happy note as students and their mentors exchanged Christmas and New Year greetings.
