First edition of virtual Intra MUN.

Day 1 :MUN is an interactive educational activity in which students simulate the workings of the UN. As a simulation of the UN, Intra-MUN, DPS, Jaipur provided an opportunity for students to both replicate the work of the UN and to view the problems facing the international community from a unique perspective.

Delhi Public School, Jaipur organised its first virtual Intra-MUN. It’s about uniting the world on the same agendas as most of the world leaders say the real enemy out there is not among us, or we can rather say “there’s no imposter amongst us”. It’s about inspiring the young delegates and helping them to gain confidence. 

The various committees were UNGA, UNHRC, AIPPM, UNCSW and IP/Caricature. The delegates put forth their views with great conviction.

The first day of MUN was power packed with fruitful deliberations. Talking about the AIPPM, they were discussing about different foreign policies in context to India-Pakistan, India-USA and also India and China. While UNHRC went on to discuss the effects of COVID-19 worldwide. . The second session had all the delegates back with newer ideas and perspectives on the prevalent agendas of the world and discussed about COVID-19 and its resultant worldwide economic slowdown. UNCSW talked about how women dealt with the quarantine. The IP and the Caricaturists put their best foot forward and all the committees reverberated with great ideas thoughts and arguments which proved to change our mindset towards different issues.
