Jaipur, November 2, 2020: The third session of hubs of Learning, an interactive exchange programme aiming at collaborative learning was conducted by Delhi Public School, Jaipur on November 2, on the topic Debriefing NEP.

 

The participating schools were Brightlands Girls Sr. Sec. School, Indo Bharart International School, Janta Girls Public school, MPS Bagru, My Own School, Prince International School, SBIOA Public School and the host school Delhi Public School.

 

The Principal- Ms. Rita Taneja of the host school extended a warm welcome to the participants. Ms. Lakshmi Menon, Principal Brightlands Girls Sr. Sec. School, in her inaugural address highlighted the importance of the NEP 2020 to prepare the students for future challenges. She emphasized on the need to make them aware of the concerns right from their immediate surroundings to the global level.

 

The participants then analyzed the different aspects of NEP 2020. There was an extensive discussion on the change of curriculum, assessments, report cards, choice of subjects, need for integral learning, importance of experiential learning and evaluation.

 

Dr. Hema Chandani, Ms Kanchan Rajawat, Dr, Shalini Kulshreshth, Ms. Reena Agarwal, Ms Ritu Jhunjhunwala, Ms Anjana Swami and Ms. Jyoti Arya shared vital features of the new policy.
